Luana believes life is too short to wake up feeling exhausted and hopeless. Her approach is attachment, body, diversity and inclusion oriented. Her expertise is in helping people transform symptoms from trauma. She believes everyone is worthy of feeling safe in their body. Her online programs have reached people in over 30 countries world wide.

Mark's passion lies in improving the lives of others by eliminating pain and improving movement quality so they can get back to living an active and pain free life. Mark utilizes various techniques to work with chronic pain, recurring pain, motor vehicle accident related pain, injury prevention and management. Mark accepts ICBC claims.

Wes graduated from UBC with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and holds a Diploma in Exercise Science. He is a certified BioForce Conditioning Coach, Mindfulness Coach, and Tennis Canada Club Professional. Wes takes an integrated approach to his practice - finding the best solutions backed by science to help clients achieve their athletic performance, injury preventing, or overall well-being goals.

Mika graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) and is in the process of becoming an RMT. She has suffered several sports injuries since her teens, and she knows the challenges  which come with injuries. Her goal is to assist people in reaching their individual goals through massage. She is a mom, graphic designer, beach lover, and lover of all the good vibes. 

Marius has walked the path of the fragmented soul that comes from illness and trauma, and is dedicated to supporting others on their journey to wholeness and balance. He trained for many years with the Sacred Trust in Britain as a Shamanic Practitioner. Working with each person's unique Spirit helpers, he uses core shamanic techniques, Reiki and the Elder Futhark Runes. Marius also works as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
